STATUS

Central and eastern Siberia. Monotypic.

OVERVIEW

Such was the difficulty of identifying stints that the first record was not accepted until 1995, thus predating the 1982 record. The 2011 Sussex record was found not proven at the time and was finally accepted, along with the Hampshire record where it was first seen, during March 2022.
