STATUS

P. o. phoenicuroides: North-east Iran and Turkmenistan to north-west Pakistan north to south-east Kazakhstan, north-west China, and southern central, eeastern Mongolia.

P. o. rufiventris: Central Himalayas to central China.

OVERVIEW

Of the invasion of nine individuals during 2016 five occurred in autumn with the other four arriving in winter (December). One made it into southern Scotland, the only record for that country
