STATUS

Northern Siberia to north-west Alaska.

OVERVIEW

This first for Britain was found on the most northerly inhabited island of the British Isles.

A very fine dark eye-stripe that did not broaden at its rear end and a wholly grey rump and uppertail-coverts are starting points to identification.
